Why was camisado by panic at the disco written??

Its basically a reference to "Fight Club" by Chuck Palanuik (and the movie as well) and its about a guy who is in the hospital b/c he keeps relapsing from his [character in the song] drug abuse and how he needs to learn from his mistakes.
